エンジンスタータ　接点端子　ろう付け

エンジンスタータの電源ON時に電流を伝える接点部分の部品。
真鍮とタングステンを銀ロウでろう付け。
フラックスの残渣を除去するため、酸洗いや、その後の接点部分を
切削し、表面をさらう等の加工等をしております。

This component is the contact terminal used in an engine starter to conduct electrical current when the starter is activated.

The brass terminal and tungsten contact are joined by silver brazing. After brazing, the flux residue is removed through acid cleaning. The contact surface is then machined and finished to achieve the required surface condition and ensure reliable electrical contact.
